and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA), we are searching for strategic

partners to invest in our advanced facilitiy in Barajevo.

It is a greenfield investment. 4.600 sqm / 50.000 sqf of land is owned,

not rented. Positioned 26 km from Belgrade, capitol of Serbia, excellent

connected to West-East E70 - E75 and Nord-South Ibarska magistrala roads.

The facility to be is energy efficiant, with Geotermal HC system implemented.

with Zero Emission of GHG and particles. All legal steps are finished,

all building fees payed 100%. We are working on the project currently.

We want to meet our interest with reliable partners, who finds themselves

as a strong supporter of sustainable construction, latest technologies

and aggressive outbreak in European and Russian markets.

Today we signed Technology Licence Agreement for industrial coating

production line with capacity of 700.000 sqm per year. It uses natural resins,

works on room temperature, cures in 8,5 minutes, no CO2 emission.

Computer controlled covering of glass, fiber-cement and calcium-silicate

panels, as well as aluminium, wood, metals, plastics...
